More about Victoria

My ideal client is to be transparent, open-minded and determined. The best path to success is being vulnerable to yourself to get the most benefit from our sessions. There is no concern too big to tackle in our sessions. I have a diverse background with different presenting concerns, and a diverse background of different tools to help guide these "problems" to successful solutions. I want my clients to want a better version of themselves, and together we can accomplish goals to a stronger you. Life is worth living, don't be your own barrier.

I am excited and hopeful to help all my clients, whether new to counseling, or having past counseling experiences. I focus on listening to my clients, helping them reflect, offering guidance to their concerns, and ultimately providing them an avenue to navigate their life on their own, without fear of returning to old habits.

I encourage and challenge you to take the step and begin this journey. My passion has always been to help others, just as I have people in my life who have helped me. I am excited to be taking this step forward to a better and stronger you.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.
